What do you sell in the Meridian Store?

The Meridian Store offers free print editions of our magazine, Meridian.

Do you offer PDF, ePub, or other downloadable versions of Meridian content?

All of our Meridian content is available to read online at mercury.com/blog/categories/meridian. We do not offer downloadable versions at this time.

Ordering

How much does an issue of Meridian cost?

Issues are free—we believe everyone should have access to great stories and ideas.

Do I need to create an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest.

Is there a limit to how many issues I can order?

We limit orders to one copy of each issue per person. If you’re interested in higher quantities, please contact [email protected].

Can I update or cancel my order after placing it?

If you reach out quickly (within 24 hours), we’ll do our best to help. After that, orders are usually already on their way.

Can I stock Meridian in my bookstore/café/co-working space? What about receiving it in bulk for swag bags at my conference? Or ordering multiple copies for my team/class/event?

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship?

We currently ship free to the United States and Canada.

How long will shipping take?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, depending on your location. For any issues that are pre-publication, allow up to two weeks post-publication.

My issue hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

Please wait at least two weeks from your order. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us at [email protected] and let us know.

Can I get expedited shipping?

Not right now — we keep things simple with standard free shipping.

What if my copy arrives damaged?

Snap a photo, send it to us at [email protected] and we’ll happily send a replacement if stock is available.
